We here at Cunningham Cove want to make sure that all of our guests have a wonderful and memorable experience with us. In order to do that, we have established this list of frequently asked questions and answers.

GENERAL PARK QUESTIONS

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards or bank issued debit cards bearing the Visa or Mastercard logo. All bookings are to originate online. In accordance with Texas State Law, payment for services is required at the time of registration. Only credit card payments will be accepted. If applicable, late charges will apply as well.

When is Check-in and Check-out Time?

Check-in is at/after 3:00 pm, and Check-out is by 11:00 am. If you will be arriving after 4:00 pm, please let us know before 3:00 pm so we can have your welcome packet and key fob in the dropbox waiting for you.

Can I bring my pets?

Yes you can! However aggressive breeds are prohibited. Pets are limited to two per site. Pets are to be on a leash and attended to at all times. Attaching a pet to anything other than a leash in hand is prohibited. Owners are liable for their pets.

What is the Speed Limit within the park?

What RV lengths does your park accept?

We can accommodate RVs’ with a total length of 45′ and 55′. If you have a Travel Trailer, both the length of your Travel Trailer and tow vehicle cannot exceed 45′ or 55′.

HOUSEKEEPING

What are your rules on hanging or mounting items?

Hanging or attaching anything to a pedestal is prohibited.

What are the rules of cleanliness?

Ensure all electric cords, sewer lines, water hoses and cables are kept on the concrete neat and orderly. Items such as a table, chairs, a grill, plants and bikes are permitted, but at a minimum.

 

Use a safe container for cigarette waste. PROHIBITED ITEMS INCLUDE: Buckets, storage boxes, brooms, trash cans, freezers, etc.; hanging of laundry; any items on the grass. If in doubt, seek advice from the office. Remember to respect your neighbors’ sites by not walking through them.

When is trash pickup?

A waste station is located next to the office for your convenience.

My RV is older than 10 years. Can I still stay at your RV Park?

Generally we only permit RVs’ 10 years or newer, however there are exceptions (classic, vintage, restored, etc).

 

If you have an older RV, please submit a booking. If your RV is older than 10 years the system will ask for additional information up to and including a 1-2 photos of the RV’s exterior. Your reservation will be under review for 24-48 hours while our staff reviews your reservation and submitted images. Your credit card will be charged in order to guarantee your spot if approved.

 

If approved, we will notify you by email. If denied, we will provide you with a reason, and a full refund back to your card. If you have any questions, please contact us using the form on this page.

I wish to stay long-term, what costs are involved in that?

The monthly rate is based on two adults and children under the age of two. The monthly price for an additional occupant is $30 per month and per additional occupant. Payments for monthly rent are due on the anniversary date of the original charge. A $25 late fee is automatically applied to a guest’s account on the fourth day, and $5 per day thereafter.

Cargo trailers, dollies, etc., may not be stored onsite. Check with the office if storage is available.

LEGAL STUFF

Indemnity and Waiver of Liability

Customers shall indemnify and hold Cunningham Cove RV Park harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses, water, wind, civil strife, or acts of God, actions or indications of other customers, guests, invitees or licensee of customer or any other customer actions or inactions (or those of their employees, agents or invitees), or any other causes related to customer’s use or occupation of the RV site. The management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries or loss from any cause.

Theft of Service Law

According to Texas Penal Code Section 31.04(b), any guest who leaves without paying for services rendered or who refuses to pay for site services when customarily due, is subject to criminal prosecution. Cunningham Cove RV Park is providing service hook-ups for your RV. Cunningham Cove RV Park requires payment in advance and will prosecute any violators under the “Theft of Services” law.

Right of Refusal

Cunningham Cove RV Park reserves the right to refuse service at any time and to have a guest vacated from the park property in the event of inappropriate behavior or infraction of this agreement without refund.

Cancellations

Refunds only if cancelled 48 hours prior to reservation arrival date. Please contact our staff at 281-740-0713 for processing.

Refunds

Cunningham Cove RV Park maintains a No Refund Policy to onsite guests.
